Thanks guys for the feedback. I'll live with the system as it is and try harder to not make as many mistakes on future messages.
It sounds like AVA buys/rents/contracts a software package for the website from an outside firm and you may be looking into possible new suppliers. If so, you may want to check with the webmaster for the www.Concours.org website to see what they use and if they are satisfied.
