I asked the painter to try and match the darker blue as close as he could without it being a custom mixed color. He showed me some chips from Colorite that were pretty close. Same on the silver stripe around the black panels. He saw some dragon stickers I had on from riding "the Dragon" last. He suggested the airbrush work with the flame & smoke. I suggested the name "Dragon Slayer" cause I already had it with stickers on the trunk. As far a location, I going to clean the paint off the lens. I was then going to light it up, but decided not to. So put the name there.
Needless to say I am very pleased with the paint job. It gets lots of looks and comments. I also tell folks about the dragon theme it can taken another way. Don't we call Satan the "old dragon". Since I am CMAer it works well. The paint not perfect, but this is a daily rider not a show bike. I am very happy with it.
