Are you talking about the fuse block harness connector? I guess if you can't get it apart that both sides of the connector are a problem? And it's green?
Old toothbrush, baking soda and water. Get a cup you won't ever use again. Mix baking soda and water into something that looks like sugar water. Take the toothbrush and dip it, then scrub, dip, then scrub, repeat. May take a while. Repeat. Flush the whole area with clean water.
When you get it apart and both sides need replacing, there are several options.
1) Cut both connectors off and soldier the wires together. Cheap fix. Permanent. Difficult to replace fuse block if need ever arises (and it probably won't ever arise).
2) Get a couple smaller connectors, like two 4 pin and one 2 pin male and matching female connectors and wire/soldier them up. Not a free fix but you can remove the fuse block easily, but you'd have to transfer the multiple connectors over to a new fuse block if the need arises (but it probably won't).
3) Get used/new parts from Carl leo. Frame harness is not fun to replace and not free.
4) Go to bed and lay there awake for an hour and a half with everything that's happened today and will happen in the next 2 weeks, playing and replaying over and over and over in your head and then you don't get the sleep you need and then the next day everyone will say, "That guy is cranky," and then someone else will say, "That guy is ALWAYS cranky," and then the first guy will say, "Yeah, but, today he's more cranky than usual," and he'll be like, "Hey man...," and you'll be like, "WHAT!!!???", and they'll be like, "Wow. You didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night didn't you?"
