I was having radio problems and contacted .....shoot, mind went blank....the company. They told me to contact a local dealer that repairs. I used the internet to find them. Turned out it was my amp. I got a replacement from a guy up north.
Good luck and I don't really recommend getting the radio out the way I suggested (haha)
