The radio can be sent in from any bike dealer. I know that's what Neal told us when we took ours out. So I took it to the local Honda dealer last year. They enclosed their check for $70, and they charged me $15 over that. BUT, we got it back last spring and it was just as good as new. And didn't give us a lick of trouble this summer. Don't remember the address, but I think Gary put it in the Tech Center.
