No. The question is: how far from the top of the compressed forks should the oil level be. It's 160mm or 177mm or ..... something else for Progressives (it was more - that is, deeper - when I did my Vulcan).

PS: I don't think it really matters, within an inch or so. But there should be a correct answer to this question and so far we still don't know!
