It was sunny but a bone chilling 55 degrees this morning; yet we managed to work up the courage to give Marcia a ride to work today on the Voyager. From what I heard there are parts of the United States that are even colder than we are. I hear that up in the northern latitudes percipitation can freeze to a fluffly white consistancy even as it falls from the sky; what a facinating concept!
All kidding aside, to everyone out there, regardless if you live in the Southeast or not we would love to see you at the Kawasaki display at the Daytona Motor Speedway. Temperatures are usually ideal that time of year (as you can see 55-80 degreees F). The likelyhood of renting a bike anywhere in Central Florida during Bike Week is pretty low, however if you can trailer your ride down than we can let you park at least the bike in our garage for the weekend; thus leaving only your towing vehicle and an empty trailer to keep in the hotel parking lot. We live about an hour from Daytona and there are three hotels within walking distance of our house (Holiday Inn, La Quinta, and a Hampton Inn). If you are interested than contact us via the e-mail address in the message (we are not in the Voyager address book yet).
I'm not certain how many rungs are on the ladder between the people working the Kawasaki Display and the senior brass at KHI; but if several of us show up than word that several people are interested in the development of a 21st Centry Voyager may begin to climb that ladder.
