Mike,
You can remove your shrader valve again, look for either a broken or crushed oring. You can also test your line for air loss(bleed off all air first) by taking it off of the shock connecting a guage to the line then pump it up to say 20 lbs, If your system is air tight you can check it every 30 minutes or so and it will not loose air. If your still losing air disconnect the line from the valve and hook your guage up there. If you have air loss you know that is where your problem is if you do not then you know you need a new line. Another thing you can do is put and air valve directly into the shock and air it up checking air pressure every 30 minutes or so if you do not loose air then you know you shock seals are okay. Now before you go to this extreme I would recommend getting a spray bottle, with a mixture of water and dishwashing liquid, air you suspension up, then soak all connection areas with that spray mixture. This should quickly tell you where your leak is. You can buy leak detector call SNOOP but it is the same as soap and water mix. Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any questions.
