Chris's brackets are great but I don't know if they will work well with a Russell seat. The Russell seat, if custom made for the passenger, is much wider in the area where the hand grab handles for the passenger are, especially so if your passenger seat is made for somebody who is above average in size. Whether or not this would create an interference problem with Chris's brackets is something you would want to find out first. When we got the Russell seats for our Voyagers we removed the grab handles so they would not be hitting the seat.
