I couldn't believe it. Had to read it twice. Newspaper article about state rep who wants to introduce a bill to require all drivers to have auto insurance. It has failed to pass the state legistrature in 12 previous attempts. Wisconsin is only one of two states in the U.S. that does not require insurance. The insurance industry here is against compulsory auto insurance. Makes you wonder what's wrong with this picture. I'll keep my USSA car and Progressive cycle.
