Don, you are so right. They are amazing. Sign Language is like a dance with with your hands. As with any language, some do it better, even the ones that have been deaf all their lives. Sometimes speed is not always best. Especially with signing. I have learned a lot and have a long way to go. Thanks for the info Don. I will try to contact the Salem City Chamber. They should maybe have some info. Either them or the Planning Dept.
