It shouldn't be that difficult to make your own adapter. All you need are two pieces of coax (RG 58U) about a foot long should do, a male and female Motorola plug, two male PL259 plugs, and your SWR meter. Solder the motorola plugs to one end of each coax and the PL 259 to the other end.
Screw the PL 259's into the meter and plug the motorola's inline. (Make sure the female motorola is hooked to the input side of the meter.) You should be good to go.
