Anyone have the braided steel brake lines that the Nor Cal Voyagers advertise in the dollar 4 dollar section? I know that most people are happy with steel brake lines over rubber becasue of less flex. I noticed the price that Nor Cal Voyagers sell for beats buying OEM parts too.

Our problem is that our fittings are coroded and rusting. Our rubber hoses look to be in good shape but the fittings look as if they could give at any time (especially at the front cross-over where one line splits into two).

We both work out on the island and have to park the bike next to salt water every day we ride to work. We was wondering if the all stainless steel lines would still resist corosion. We wish we had noticed this when we weres doing all that other brake work; at least we still have some DOT4 left.
