I replaced the brake lines on both my KLR 650 and Concours with stainless steel and was told by a friend to get a set of speed bleeders to make the job of purging the air easier and after the 1st one, I saw the value in buying them.
Once you drain the brake fluid, you simply install the speed bleeder in-line. When you refill the system, just pump the brake pedal or lever until the air is out. Close the valve and you are done. I am planning on doing the stainless steel replacement on my new '02 and will be ordering a set of the 3 bleeders for the job.
They cost $26 shipped for the three needed for a Voyager. The company I have ordered others from has a store front on EBay and if you do a search on item 270194252283, you will see what they look like.
