In reply to: Brian 's message, "Write a commercial for the new Voyager" on Saturday, November 03, 10:15:54am

Opening shot, inside of a warehouse, or steel factory or sound stage, of a Voyager 1300. Commentator guy says, "In 1983-4, Kawasaki introduced the Voyager 1300, a bike ahead of it's time. (they show the dash and stuff) In 1986 Kawasaki introduced the Voyager 12, and for 17 years continued to build arguably one of the best touring bikes around."

After showing the 1300 and all of its technical marvel, they show one of every year Voy 12 all lined up, with their corresponding owner, helmet in hand (maybe), each a member of the AVA, standing beside/behind it, sort of in a line or semi circle. Then, they pull back or pan over as the commentator, who is standing in the middle of the semi-circle, or walking down the line past each year/color of 1200. Also the 1300 will be the first bike in the line, with maybe a small gap between it and the 12's as the guy is walking past.

Then the guy says after the "17 years" thing and as they are panning/pulling back, he say, "Problem is, we didn't tell anybody we were doing it." A nod to the lack of advertising and such. Then he says, "We're not going to make the same mistake twice. Introducing...the all new, 2008 Kawasaki Voyager." as the camera moves, the new bike comes into view. Last line is, "Cross country touring at its finest." Or something like that.
