I saw on TMZ that Carnie lost the weight doing the YRG Workout. I am a 40 year old mother who had some weight to lose so I tried YRG. Not only did I lose weight, my back has never felt better. I got the online version of the 20 minute YRG Workout at GreatDrills.com for only $10
