While I admit that *none* of these guys, other than Mick perhaps, plays as much of a role in LFN canon as Oz/Spike/Giles/Riley (that I know there names haveing seen 2.5 eps says something about the meta fannish world, doesn't it!) they are hardly absent, and they all do show up fairly reliably in lots of fic.

Yes, they do… but only as handy plot devices. Nothing more. To slash them with Michael, you'd need character arcs. Where are the arcs? What do we know about Suba, except for the fact that he's slimy and evil? Do we even know Davenport's *name*?

I suspect, in a word, Nikita

Of course, but I still think that had there been more slashable males out there, there would be more slash. Slashers have ways. *g*
