I think too, that if you aren't a compulsive "Defender of Nikita," it is pretty easy to overlook just how hard Michael worked to keep her in the dark with regard to alot of information that we in the audience did have - the camera pans to his pained expressions come so fast that it's easy to think of it as a contained scene, and to forget that what he's looking at is Nikita's backside - and that she can't see him.
