Oh, yeah, those. See, that`s the problem with these computers here. More often than not, a quotation mark followed by, well, anything, is interpreted as a Japanese character. Since you`re computer doesn`t have Japanese characters, I always assumed it came up as a quotation mark and a letter, like it does on my laptop back in my apartment. The only way around this, I think, is to stop using quotation marks.
