My hubby has Marfan's syndrome, a genetic disorder of the connective tissues of the body. It is insidious, the "outer symptoms" aren't too obvious, other than extreme height. He worked as a framing carpentry contractor until 2 years ago, when his joints would no longer cooperate. We DID win his Social Security Disability Claim without an attorney, although it took two long years and an administrative law judge to get it.

I'm glad I found you folks from the Voy.Com banners. Will be checking back sometimes for ideas. Looks like a good forum here.
