CDI--certified deaf interpreter

Hello all...I have been searching on this internet for any info regarding to CDI. I am interested in becoming one, hopefully one of these days if I ever find a place who offers this in Northwest area. Most of the ones I had come across are either at least 3 hour drive or out of state. I wanted to check to see if anyone knows of any workshop and so forth nearby firsthand before I make any efforts to travel back and forth several hours. Pls let me know anything. Thanks! Lj
