12 Jurors have more political clout at times than any {12x10 to the nth power} voters. It's called Jury-nullification; the other edge of the 'legislate-from-the-Bench' sword. I believe I'll see if some hungry Congress-critter likes my idea of exchange-jurors. People who don't want to serve on a jury ought to be able to hook-up with those who'll jump at the chance. RKBA!
