Subject: Social Security & Medicare

I need information about Social Security/Medicare benefits concerning attendant assisted care for a person who is a recent paraplegic. He was injured in June of 2001 and is just starting to collect social security benefits. Does Medicare help pay for someone to come in on a daily basis to help him with range of motion exercises?
