Heinrich Umberger emigrated to America from Reihen,Germany and arrived in Philadelphia on August 28.1733 on the
ship "Hope".His children were;
Maria Elisabeth
Hans Leonhart
Hans Michael
Juliana
Johannes
Anna Elisabetha
Anna Catharina
Heinrich's father was Rudolf Umberg(note correct spelling)from Switzerland (1645-1691)
Rudolf(Rudi in Swiss)-his father was Conrad Umberg ,born in Switzerland.
Juliana Steyger(heirich's wife)-her father was Hans Steyger(1656-1727).His father was Adam Steyger,born 1617 in Switzerland.I do have more info.E-mail me. Jeff Orton
