I have just made a discovery. the surname of mark evans and harry's mom is the same.He comes in the 1st chapter of book five in which dudley beats him bcs he is too cheeky. And rowling isn't known to give the same surname to unrelated persons. By the way he is ten yrs old which means he may join hogwarts in book 6. he may be a muggle but then why will rowling bring in characters not related to harry's world?
he may be a secnd-cousin of harry of muggle parentage (as fudge says no other wizard near harry's place). any way after the death of sirius harry will feel lonely so it makes sense to introduce a relative of harry? what are the views of other members?
