I didn't list every merit badge they hand out... good conducts and such are like lollypops for cryin' out loud.

Plus, I never fought in a 'legal action', such as Desert Storm or Panama, or Grenada and the like. The military passes out medals and ribbons like a pez dispenser during full scale events. Special ops are by their nature much more low key. Some stuff 'never' happened.

I did see action from time to time, like aboard the LaSalle in the Suez - I helped several Iranians meet up with their 70 virgins. You can read about that stuff around the web, but it never got reported in mainstream news.

Bah, enough about all of that... this is the most I've ever spent talking about that part of my life. It always strikes me as somewhat masterbatory.
