in the city she represents, but THOSE DAYS ARE OVER! Locals have difficulty recruiting contestants with strict elligibiliy requirements, which is why we have open competitions. Madison is an open competition, and if Jordenne wins she won't be the first or last that doesn't technically live in Madison.
