He hasn't actually been convicted of anything yet. He's been fingered as an enabler, but that's not exactly new news and definitely not the same as actively killing her.

But to be honest he was also there for her son's death as well as her's Six Months apart. And when he didn't want to let them get her DNA was kind of proof he contributed to her death.

I am just shocked that it took that long for people to figure that out. I mean I figured that out after HER death that he had parts in both their deaths. It all boiled down to MONEY
