Last week almost a million more viewers than the Sara Connor lead in. If they repeat that until the fifth or six episodes which are supposed to be the beginning of the real strength of the show it could be back next year.

Dollhouse took a while to grow on me, but the last two episodes were great. Maybe the writers had to get the characters high in order to write the funny dialogue.

the suspense isn't there until ED starts kicking about what's happening to her. Joss thinks it's important I suppose to keep her character catatonic 25% of the time.
