holy cow yall get a long summer! chelle goes back august 25th...and i cannot believe how much damn school clothes and supplies have set me back this year!

There used to be a state law that school couldn't start until after Labor Day, adopted because of the strong resort lobby in this state. It has since been repealed, but most school districts still honor it. I'm dreading the back-to-school shopping. The clothes won't be too bad for teendi, since she wears a uniform. But most of her uniform pieces are two years old now, so some need replacing. But the supplies are always a killer. That's always one painful trip to Target . . .
