In reply to: KH 's message, "Hello Everyone! Well we had another Great Episode last night and I have to say, I was right in my diagnosis of diabetes for Claudia Joy. I didn't post it here last week because I didn't want to give it away if I was right. The symptoms were very obivious and like I said last week my sister has it. Well let's get on with the discussion." on 18:44:43 08/24/09 Mon

[> Another enjoyable summary KH. I always noticed the bond between Roland and Denise. He was so encouraging about her return to nursing and they both just hit if off. I felt for Dee just like after the Hump Bar bombing. She always seems so alone. It is true what Roland said, she puts others first too. I was glad she did not freeze in the accident situation like she felt she had at the bar incident. Michael at least had compassion enough to be aware that Denise was alone and I was glad he sent Emmalin to be with her. Nice to see the flowers from Frank as we saw nothing from him that showed concern re: the Hump Bar incident. Ironical how both Jeremy and Denise had been through a traumatic experience and how both shielded the other from knowing about it. Denise could be channelling CB on her health family and friends statement and how blessed she is. I was so glad that Denise was not driving as I could only imagine the venom from Michael if she was the one that had an accident. (Inside) -- Jubellant, 01:24:27 08/25/09 Tue

It was nice to hear the EMT validate Denise's medical skills. I too think she is an exceptional nurse and have a feeling she will return in some capacity in the medical field.

After CJ's asleep at the wheel incident. I was kind of shocked to see her struggling at the wheel once again and not pulling over once she felt something was amiss. Yet no one was all over her case for her bad judgement like they would have been had it been Denise.

I hope to see more from Pamela soon. She is so much more than comic relief and I find her SL to be short changing her abilities.

I continue on the whole to be impressed with the parenting advise from Pamela and Roxy. I did take offense to the traffic guard telling Roxy to wash her car. Pamela would have issued a Bite Me comment.

Unlike Liz I have missed Frank, surprise surprise. I just wanted him there to say how proud he was of her actions and to extend some extra TLC her way. Dee was touched he sent her favourite flowers and I am glad that Frank is paying attention. I too wish Frank would come clean about Jordanna. Even though they decide to backtrack from that route with Frank, I am glad he got to see just how easy it is to be tempted when your marriage is going through some turbulence. He knew Jordanna even less time than Dee knew Mac or Getti.

Emmalin was extra attentive towards Denise and she has shown a caring for others too like Haneen and various schoolmates when she brought them to Roland for advice. I am glad the rudeness is gone presently.

I loved that Denise remained somewhat aloof though cordial with respect to Michael. It is one thing for him to be disappointed with her choices but another matter altogether with respect to his coldness. Does one large misstep that took place during her separation from Frank erase all her positive caring characteristics? Will he be as hard on CJ for almost killing Denise because she ignored the symptoms of her illness? Would Frank do to CJ what Michael did to Denise and denounce her for her bad judgement?

Their overhyping of every issue is getting to be tiresome. It would be nice to be surprised once in awhile without them giving things away in the promo.

Well we are 2/3 done already. Can't wait to see how this year winds down or should I say up, LOL!
