My best advise, put states that aren't as popular. I put NY, MA, HI, WA, and WI. All busy states except one. I was picked up for Wisconsin about three weeks after I sent in the list. I got tentative offer 3 weeks after that. Total process time, graduated August 3, 2007 first day in OKC November 14, 2007. Less popular state is the key
