I didn't go to a CTI program, but I'm interested in ATC. I already have an offer from the FAA for ZAB - debating whether to accept it or not. Would someone tell me a little more about flight service - I know nothing about it. Will Lockheed hire OTS like the FAA, or would I need a degree from a CTI and/or ATC experience?
