It is absolutely breathtaking in person!
It was made by Rena of Cinderella Fashions and is featured on her website.
It fits a 2t - slim5t comfortably.
My daughter wore this at age 2 and 3. The previous owner wore it at age 4.
The skirt is not attached, so it is very adjustable!
Included is the shell, skirt, bustle, and two hair bows.
