Subject: Voyager Oil Leak

Howdy,
My 1986 Voyager has begun leaking oil, rather profusely. It appears to be leaking from the rubber boot at the rear of the engine, where the driveshaft goes in. My questions are, 1) Any ideas on what is actually leaking, and do You think it is fixable without engine removal? And 2nd Question: Do I need any Special Tools to perform Propeller Shaft Maintanance and Lubrication?
I have all the manuals.
I appreciate any input that You may have on this leak..
Thanks Very Much,
Mr.Mastiff
