If you look on page 10-12 in your manual, bottom right, you will see the special tool you need and the gear unit. You do not need to remove the gear set a shown. You only need to remove the drive shaft, that center bolt and the gear. You will need a seal and an o-ring to go under the bolt head. You will see what I mean when you get it apart. I have made my own 'tool' out of an old drive shaft gear end. The OEM tool I had must have fallen into that BLACK HOLE. You need to hold the gear while you unbolt and retorque that bolt. Remove the bolt and the gear will pull right off. If you don't have a book, I will post a pic.
If your real careful, you can use a chain clamp with a thick piece of rubber against the gear so you don't damage it. Just be careful. Your local Dealer may have the correct tool they might rent you.

Seal 92049 A-1038
O-ring 92055 A-1044

Check with Carl Leo for parts. You might check with him to see that those #s are correct.
