Wayne, running seafoam with every tank will help keep everything else clear and over a period of time, may gradually unblock the tubes.. Seafoam also do a spray which is normally sprayed into the inlet manifold for fuel injectors etc..
Without removing the carbs, its going to be hard to unclog them, but Carl does a fantastic job of re-furbing them.
