Run Run,

Start by running a couple of tanks of gas treated with seafoam through your bike. Seafoam is available at Walmart and many auto parts stores. Many times you can clean enough gunk out of the carbs to smooth the idle.

You may also need to flush the carbs by opening the drains and starting (or trying to) for a couple seconds. Watch out for the gas!

There is more info available on the AVA site under the Tech Center Tips.
