Subject: Remove radio in 1988 Voyager XII???

Does anybody know how to remove the stock radio from the 88 Voyager XII? I unscrewed all of the screws to remove the speakers and the speaker covers, I removed the screws in the upper fairing (surrounding the spedometer housing and radio, but it will not come off. There must be some kind of internal bolts or screws I'm not seeing. Do I need to disassemble the entire fairing to get it off? The reason is the radio is not working, and I need to either send it off to Clarion, check all fuses, (I believe someone said there was an internal fuse or two behind the headlight), or replace. I was hoping I could just undo a few screws and it would slide right out like a car radio. Not so lucky I guess. The clock works, but I can't change the time, but the radio is completely unoperable no matter what button I push. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you all very much.
Austin
