main thing to look at is the load rating on the side of tire or when ordering them they all have a chart with load ratings. on big bikes you want a high load rating 900+ lbs rear and 600+ front your Metz,Conts,Avons,Duro,Mish,are all over 900 with Duro at 960 or 80 and is at the top of the list and the Cont. is a 6 ply tire, any new tire will out handle old tires. the 880 have had a lot of bad tires with blistering and then chunks coming out
