Sounds like you got a Bunkhouse; they are the only M/C trailers that I know of that use a 6 wire. Anyway, the Voyager has seperate turn signals so you can use the standard 5 wire set up for the lights and (I assume)have the 6th one left over for electric brakes. If you need the colors then PM me and I will send them to you when I get home tonight.
