Before you pull the rear wheel, are you sure the oil level is not too high? If too much oil is in there, I've had mine leak just like yours. I lowered it to the 1/4 inch below the fill hole while on the center stand, and that fixed the problem. If it's not the fill level, then it is either the seal, or the vent is plugged or non existent depending on the year of your bike.
