Jack.. yes on the LCD.. and yes on the Amp/ Radio..
You have 4 options I know to..
Carl Leo who's link is here and on other voyager sites..
Sierra Electronics who, as I understand will only accept Radios for repair via a Kawasaki dealer and most of those dont want to deal with that..
And 3rd (tooting own horn and forgive the blatant plug).. Me.. I can and have fixed several Radios and CBs for the Voyager.. I also now, having spoken to Clarion have the data sheet for the Processor used on the Radio and am working on a quickish mod to allow the clock OR radio to be displayed all the time.. Selectable by a remote toggle switch.. More on that soon as its theoretical at the moment and I have the week end ahead of me to play with my test bed..
Finally, Clarion themselves but they dont repair them anymore. They have my email address :-)
The Radios are available BRAND new in a couple of places but they are nearly $1600! Owwwww..
So, Contact any one of us.. Carl has stock of Radios, I do too and spares parts too.
The Click on the speakers is a little odd.. May be a dry joint in the amp, the fuse to the amp. Does it do the same on the tape.. I suspect it will do the same..
Check the feed wire from the radio to the amp as well..
The fader has no active components so its unlikely to be a cause.. check the operation of the passenger controls.. I kicked mine the other day and put in into mute without realizing.. Work those switches as they tarnish without use.
