Bought the Air Hawk a few months back because of a tailbone and lower back problem. Air hawk has put me back on the bike for now and putting some miles on. Have also added a small tailbone cushion on top of the air hawk. And been getting along ok, yes I would rather be sitting on the seat. Have been thinking about another seat but I decided to slow up the big ticket purchase of that for now. Because I don't want to spend on something that won't help or makes the situation worse. I would go with another seat if I could try out one, but at the moment 600 to 900 dollars for a shot in the dark is out for now. The Air Hawk is a good quality item and does work. I also use it in the car for long trips and it works great for both.
