Gary, I am sorry you feel that way. I'm glad to see your here again, it's been awhile. Welcome back.

Let me give an example of what would happen if I were to give a cost. In the first place the cost would vary depending on what all features are added. But let's say it takes $3000 per year. ok, so the donations come in and we get the $3000 and everyone is told we made the goal. So now there are 15 others that were going to donate but now they don't have to since we met the goal. Those 15 people will now be left out since they don't get to donate. Maybe they get offended, I don't know, I can't speak for them. So now it's not fair to those 15 that they aren't included with the rest who helped make the donaton goal. There are very few organizations that run on donations that will say what the exact amount is they need to keep operating. There are a lot of people that get together and run an activity to acheive a goal for raising a certain amount that they are going to donate to an organization but the organization never asked them to do this nor did the organization give them a set amount to raise. If you have to argue or be demanding about donating then your really missing the point of giving from your heart. If it is truly giving from your heart then no one needs to tell you how much to donate.
