Subject: Horn Relay?

I'm not entirely sure if the stock horn runs through a relay, anyone know for certain?

From the wiring diagram it appears as if it uses the turn signal relay...

I've replaced my stock electric horns with 110db Hi/Low electric horns from Harbor Freight ($15). They are MUCH louder.

I planned to rewire through a relay (haven't done yet) and before I do, wanted to confirm if necessary.
