The large hose for the the 4 small carb drain hoses should be located between the rear of the alum transmission cover and the frame. It should have a plastic plug in it with a small ring clip on it. It should come from a little white plastic tank behind the coolant tank. If the hose is not there. You need to replace it by removing coolant tank and put new hose with plug on bottom of tank. or it may be disconnected on the top part. Either way there should be no fuel coming from the drain system unless you are draining the carbs. Being it sat a long time you may want to run some Seafoam though the fuel system and that may clean up what may be sticking the floats and causing the fuel to run out..
