Couple of things to check...
There are a couple of large plugs (multiple connections) under the false tank and behind the headlight. Clean those up.
Look down at the headstock on the left side and you will possible see the look cable tied to the headstock.. This is a common fracture area for the wires.. you may have something going on there.. Snip the cable tie anyway..
11.95 Volts is too low anyway... charged it should be closer to 12.5 and 13.8 when running.. Keep us informed though..
