This is a common problem and not too much of an issues except for the clean up..
Its the water manifold o rings behind the exhaust headers. The O rings compress and contract in the cold when old. Replacing is a bit of a task but it can be done without removing the headers or the radiator but it is a drain down ..
Carl Leo will have the replacement o rings if you decide to do this.. Im not sure if there are any guides on the other Voyager sites on how to do this but take a look at http://abbikeboard.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2937 Look at the 3rd message down from me.. I detailed how to do this from personal experience but I did drop the exhausts..
If you do this, then you may want to get some exhaust gaskets too..

Pete
