Did you check the bolt torque on the triple tree? This is absolutely critical -- sorry, don't have the spec's on proper torque. There are a few things which need to be spot-on, in the front end, or it will behave badly: tire pressure needs to be correct, around 38 PSI in front, 40 PSI in rear; quality tires (Elite 3's are what most run, I run on Pirelli MT66 Route tires, based on experiences in all riding conditions, on three very different bikes); check wheel bearings conditions, to ensure they are not worn out; check bolt torque on steering hear; check bolt torque on fork brace (SuperBrace not really needed, but the OEM brace needs to be tight and secure).
